PILOT'sVILLAGE
We are looking to set up a little pilot's village in the north side of Tunisia.
The village will be linked to an hard surface ( or asphalt ) runway of minimum length of
800 m x 25 m ( 2,600 feet x 82 feet )
The runway is linked to the AVIONAV new workshop of 4,000 sqmt ( 43,000 sqfeet )
Avionav' workshop will provide for aircraft maintenance and runway will be utilized for test
and trials of AVIONAV' planes and helicopters.
The village will be composed by bungalows and a club house.
Bungalow type A - 64 sq mt ( 688 Sq feet )

Bungalows will be rented for long or short time .
The village is located inside an "off-shore" industrial zone exempted by tax and duty.
The area is available for "not resident" only.
All spare parts could be purchased and installed duty-free on non-resident aircraft.
Flight hours made in Tunisia are valid to mantein pilot's licence .
