Transport and insurance to be payed as follows:

1 - 20% at presentation of Tunisian' Custom Export documents.
2 - 80% prior departure, at presentation of bill of loading

C - TRANSPORT INSURANCE - On Client's request -

1 - Shipyard will provide to quote the insurance covering all type of damaged and risk related the vessel transport to final destination
2 - Insurance will cover the 110% of the vessel value at Client favour
3 - Insurance policy to be payed as follows:
3.1 - 20% at presentation of Tunisian' Custom Export documents.
3.2 - 80% prior departure, at presentation of bill of loading
