Payment will be made as follows:

20% on order.

80% by opening an irrevocable Letter of Credit, confirmed by a first class European or USA Bank, divisible and transferable with one year validity or, at least, three months after the expected delivery time.
Partial payment allowed in case of order for several ships/ products.

L/C payments will be made as follows.

- 40 % at empty hull completion ( steel, aluminium or GRP ) certified by the Inspector of the Ship Register.
- 30 % at installation of propulsion engine/s certified by the Inspector of the Ship Register.
- 10 % at launching certified by the Inspector of the Ship Register.

1 - BUILDER will give to BUYER and Insurance Guarantee for all payments done prior delivery and covering the VESSEL damages during construction within 15 working days from each payment

2 - The Builder Insurance guarantee will cover the following payments:
- 50 % at installation of proulsion engine/s.
- 40 % at launching from the launching day up to the delivery date.

3.1 - Guarantees on engines and equipment are the same given by manufacturer.
3.2 - Hull is guaranteed for one year for all defects of construction.

1 - Delivery time will start from the date of first payment acceptance.
2 - BUILDER will confirm in writing to BUYER the acceptance of the order after verifying L/C text

5 - DELIVERY PLACE: Tabarka

DELIVERY cost, Delivery Payment conditions, Transport Insurance, etc:

Construction is made in accordance to EC rules
Quality control during construction and sea test at delivery could be carried-out by Bureau Veritas' Inspector at Client' charges.

Client / Inspector is allowed to test the boat prior delivery in accordance to Construction Contract general conditions and terms.
